		<description>Very interesting...I will definitely file this as a possibility. I am currently on Cosgrove&#039;s New Rules of Lifting (log at JPFitness) and I&#039;m surprised that some think its cutting program is inadequate. I, however, am lucky to have a body shape I&#039;m pleased with and do not have to seriously think about an attack plan. Definitely something I will try still, though!</description>
